A heavy duty all-purpose cleaner that cuts through and removes heavy deposits of greasy dirt and grime from interior and exterior surfaces. One gallon of Liquid TSP Substitute will make up to 16 gallons of cleaning solution (cleans approx. 6400 sq. ft.) and requires no rinsing. Recommended for walls, woodwork, ceilings, concrete, metal, vinyl and aluminum siding. Removes mildew stains when mixed with bleach. Can be applied by hand or with a pressure washer.

    Application:
    All good paint jobs begin with a good cleaning to prepare the surface. A properly prepared surface will improve paint application and adhesion. Removes mildew stains when mixed with bleach.

    The product can be applied by hand or with a pressure washer. Liquid TSP is a concentrated product-one gallon of Liquid TSP will make up to 16 gallons of cleaning solution and clean approximately 6400 sq. ft.

    General Cleaning Instructions:
  • Add 8 ounces of TSP per gallon of water.
  • Use a clean sponge or cloth, squeeze out excess solution and wash surface from bottom up to prevent streaking.

    Heavy Duty Cleaning Instructions:
  • Add 16 oz of TSP per gallon of water.
  • Use a nylon scrubbing brush or pad dipped in solution to scrub area.
  • Damp wipe area using a clean sponge or cloth and fresh cleaning solution.

    Mildew stains Cleaning Instructions:
  • Remove by washing with solution of 16 oz TSP per gallon warm water with one quart chlorine bleach added.

    Pressure Washer Cleaning Instructions:
  • Add full strength to detergent reservoir or place pressure washer tube directly into TSP container.
  • Formulated for injector dilution ratios up to 16:1
  • Note: TSP Substitute will not harm vegetation. Before and after using product, spray fine mist of fresh water on vegetation. Runoff is not harmful to plants.
